Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Overview We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel an order. Our ability to accommodate cancellation requests depends on the status of your order at the time of your request.

Before Shipment If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed due to our efficient processing system. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.

Please provide your order number and request cancellation as soon as possible. We will make every effort to stop the order if it has not yet been shipped.

Order Cutoff Time Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day. If you place an order and immediately realize you need to cancel, contacting us before the next business day's processing begins gives you the best chance of successful cancellation.

After Shipment Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order leaves our facility. At this point, your options are:

  • Refuse delivery when the package arrives (it will be returned to us, and we will process a refund)
  • Accept delivery and initiate a return within 30 days following our Returns & Refund Policy

Refunds for Canceled Orders If we successfully cancel your order before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit.

Returns as an Alternative If cancellation is not possible, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Standard return shipping costs apply unless the return is due to our error. See our Returns & Refund Policy for complete details.
