Return Window You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to qualify for a refund.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items Items marked as "Final Sale" or customized products cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Shipping Costs
- Standard returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label as appropriate.
Original Shipping Fees Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs, and cover return shipping expenses.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
