Warranty Coverage Neatstead stands behind the quality of the products we sell. This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or non-functional upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us immediately with:

  • Description of the defect or damage

Resolution Options Upon verification of a valid DOA claim or warranty issue, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Full refund including original shipping costs
  • Partial refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances
  • Repair instructions or troubleshooting assistance

The specific resolution will be determined based on product availability, the nature of the defect, and your preference.

Return Shipping for Warranty Claims For valid warranty claims, including DOA items, we will cover the cost of return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.

Warranty Exclusions This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "As-Is"
  • Issues not reported within the specified timeframes

Warranty Period The DOA reporting period is 48 hours from delivery. For other defects discovered during normal use, claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Limitation of Liability This warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described above. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from product defects.
