Shipping Coverage We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Costs
- Orders of $95 or more: Free standard shipping
- Orders under $95: Flat rate of $8 for standard shipping
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day. We do not process orders on weekends or federal holidays.
Delivery Timeframes Once your order ships, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery time includes both processing and transit time, typically 4–8 business days from order placement.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers depending on your location and package specifications. The carrier is selected to optimize delivery speed and reliability.
Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility. You can monitor your package's progress using the tracking number provided.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible before shipment but cannot be guaranteed.
Order Cancellation

- After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return following our Returns & Refund Policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include replacement, refund, or other appropriate solutions. Return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by us.
Delivery Delays While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will assist in tracking down delayed packages.
