The Torino 80 kettle oven is the typical Abruzzo oven for kebabs. The Abruzzo fornacella is the ideal product for those who want to cook roast lamb or liver but don't want to spend a fortune; it's suitable for all budgets. This 80 cm long version of the Torino series offers a good compromise between cooking capacity—its length allows you to cook approximately 50 kebabs at a time—and portability, making it easy to take the oven with you to cook kebabs at a friend's house or to an outdoor barbecue. The Abruzzo Torino 80 roasting duct is made of aluminized iron and features a raised rim that prevents the spit from burning. It has a double bottom to promote air circulation and facilitate ash removal. The cut-resistant walls are perforated to allow for better ventilation of the air that feeds the coals. Assembling the legs is quick and easy, thanks to the tool-free bayonet coupling system. The kebab cooking channel is easily removable and can be conveniently stored in small spaces when not in use. Without the legs, the kebab cooker can be used on a work surface thanks to the raised feet integrated into the main body.
